Terrible Crane Accident

Last night around 8pm, a crane came down. It was one of the ones photographed last month.

I spoke with a construction worker from a nearby site, and he believed that the crane at the accident site was not secured as strongly as others -- at his site, the crane is deeply bolted into the poured concrete pad. But I doubt the failed crane (210ft) was unbolted completely, so perhaps I misunderstood. We'll know more, I'm sure, as they investigate.
